Àgores — Ajuts per a projectes amb impacte social (IMPACTE)
Description
The project creates participatory workshops, called Àgores, to raise awareness among social workers about topics such as intercultural communication, gender bias, or the digital divide. Through the Àgores, the project promotes reflection, cooperation, and knowledge transfer, with the aim of training the Càritas team. The project seeks to strengthen management and communication skills in sensitive social areas, fostering a fairer, more equitable, and multicultural society.
Expected impacts
The expected impacts include improved communication skills among Càritas professionals and volunteers, the promotion of values such as inclusion and equality, and the creation of cooperation networks to foster a more just, diverse, and cohesive society.
