On Wednesday, November 5 at 12:20 p.m., in Room Frascara F007 at the Pontifical Gregorian University (Rome), the conversation “Catholic Media Influencers: Mission in the Digital Environment” will take place — a meeting dedicated to reflecting on the role of Catholic influencers and their mission in the digital environment.
Participants include Miriam Diez Bosch (Blanquerna Observatory on Media, Religion and Culture), Mons. Lucio Ruiz (Dicastery for Communication, Vatican), Brett Robinson (University of Notre Dame, USA), and Jesús Colina (Evergreen Values, Rome).
The event is part of one of the latest projects by the Blanquerna Observatory, developed jointly with the McGrath Institute for Church Life at the University of Notre Dame and supported by the Porticus Foundation, focused on studying Catholic influencers and their communicative activity on social media. Mons. Lucio Ruiz, Jesús Colina, Brett Robinson, and Míriam Díez are contributors to the book that presents the results of this research.
