The Blanquerna Observatory is carrying out the Àgores project (Ajuts per a projectes amb impacte social (IMPACTE)). Through participatory workshops called Àgores, the goal is to raise awareness among social workers on topics such as intercultural communication, gender bias, and the digital divide. Àgores fosters reflection, cooperation, and knowledge transfer with the aim of training the Càritas team. The project seeks to strengthen management and communication skills in sensitive social areas, promoting a more just, equitable, and multicultural society.
