Migration and communication at the Associated Church Press online conference

Professor Alba Sabaté Gauxachs has been a guest speaker at the online Congress of the Associated Church Press of the United States, organized in collaboration with the Religion Communication Council and the Canadian Christian Communicators Association. In a session on migration and communication, Dra. Sabaté presented the research on this topic led by the World Association for Christian Communication and in which the Blanquerna Observatory of Communication, Religion and Culture participated as a partner. From this was created the report Changing the Narrative: Media Representation of Refugees and Migrants in Europe and the article Letting Diasporic Voices Be Heard. Refugees and Migrants in European Media (Díez Bosch, Micó Sanz, Sabaté Gauxachs, 2019).
