Obs organises a round table on cone and European identity

The Blanquerna Observatory is organising a round table on ‘Cinema in the construction of European cultural identity’ on Monday 17th November (at 7pm) in the Auditorium of the Blanquerna (c/ Valldonzella 12, free entry) with the participation of Josep Maria Sucarrats (philologist. Cinema expert), Magda Sellés (Professor of Audiovisual Communication, Universitat Ramon Llull), Iván Bort Gual (Professor of Cinema Theory and History, CESAG, Palma de Mallorca), Ricardo Yáñez (Assistant Secretary General, Firmes, Brussels), Ninfa Vatio (STJ. Journalist and philologist. Cinema expert) and Juan Orellana (Professor, Universidad San Pablo-CEU, Madrid). The round table will be moderated by Peio Sánchez (Film Department of the Arquebisbast of Barcelona). This round table is part of the European project RISECI (Religion in the Shaping of European Cultural Identity), of which the Blanquerna Observatory is the main partner.
