Pilar Baradat participates in ENGAGE.EU Expedition Week

Pilar Baradat, member of the Blanquerna Observatory on Media, Religion and Culture, participated as a representative of the Ramon Llull University in the 2024 edition of the Expedition Week, organised by ENGAGE.EU.

This year’s Expedition Week took place during the last week of May at the Université Toulouse Capitole and the topic of the projects created by the participants was ‘Climate Change & Sustainability Challenges‘. During the week, interdisciplinary teams worked on projects to contribute to the sustainability of the city of Toulouse, in particular on the urban heat island and the role of green spaces, the recycling of new technologies and new SSE business models. ENGAGE.EU is a network of leading European universities in business, economics and social sciences, of which URL is a member, working to equip European citizens with the skills and competences needed to address major societal challenges.
