On October 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (CET), the Observatori Blanquerna of Communication, Religion and Culture will host the seminar “Religion and Embodiment in the Digital Space”.
The event will feature two Marie Skłodowska-Curie (MSCA) fellows:
- Dr. Victoria Vanessa Dos Santos Bustamante, postdoctoral researcher at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, awarded an MSCA fellowship for her DRIVEN project on digital avatars, religion, and embodiment.
- Dr. Giulia Evolvi, assistant professor and Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow at the University of Bologna, where she conducts the MERGE project on digital media, Catholic social movements, and gender.
The seminar will be moderated by Dr. Natalia Núñez Bargueño, Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow at KU Leuven.
The event will take place at Blanquerna School of Communication and International Relations, with the option to join online.
