Round table on youth and social commitment, with Valentina Laferrara

Valentina Laferrara, a member of the Blanquerna Observatory on Media , Religion and Culture, participated this Wednesday, February 24th, in a round table with five young people involved in social commitment work in which they discussed their feelings, needs, fears and desires for the future. The meeting, organized by Catalunya Religió on the occasion of a report, arises within the framework of the demonstrations for the imprisonment of rapper Pablo Hasél, which during the last week summoned thousands of people in different cities of Catalonia at the same time that this event put the youth in the center of public debate.

Participants of the round table included Carme (20 years old, Philosophy student), Kevin (18 years old, “grado medio” student at Salesianas Sant Jordi – PAS Lleida), Alberto (23 years old, Architecture student and head of Esplai Prat de Llobregat), Arnau (23 years old, student of a Master in Business Management and Social Economy, and head of the Esplai Estel de Barcelona-Eixample) and Mar (24 years old, graduated in Criminology and JOC Nacional de Catalunya i les Illes technician). The director of Catalunya Religió, Laura Mor, was also present.
