The Blanquerna Observatory participates in a meeting in Brussels on religious research in Europe

The director of the Blanquerna Observatory on Communication, Religion and Culture, Professor Míriam Díez Bosch, attended a meeting of LERU in Brussels on 17 March to analyse the lines of research on religion in Europe and how they can be incorporated into European projects. LERU, the League of European Research Universities, brings together 21 European research universities and lobbies the European Union for more European funding for university research. Professor Díez presented the experience of the European project RISECI (Religion in the Shaping of European Cultural Identity), led by the Blanquerna Observatory between 2013 and 2015, at a meeting in Brussels on research into religion in Europe.
