The Blanquerna Observatory, partner in a new Project on Laudato Sii and Ecology

The Blanquerna Observatory on Media, Religion and Culture is one of the members of the new project “European Laudato Sii Alliance Baseline Survey”, a 80.000 euros project led by Saint Mary’s University in London integrating several other catholic universities in Europe such the Sacro Cuore in Milan or the Portuguese Catholic University.

This survey is an integral part of the ELSiA project, and it aims to collect valuable information and data that will allow ELSiA to focus its resources where most needed as well as provide reliable information to its member organisations and partners on Church-led activities on the theme of integral ecology. ELSi’A, The European Laudato Si’ Alliance,  is a network of Catholic organisations with the aim to adapt the comprehensive approach of the encyclical letter Laudato Si’ and related Church teachings to a European context with a special focus on the institutions of the European Union.
