The rector of the Catholic University of Uruguay, Dr. Julio Fernández Techera SJ, and Dr. Andreu Ibarz, general director of the Blanquerna Foundation-URL, have signed an agreement of collaboration and exchange between both universities. For our part, this collaboration will materialize in a program of religion and communication in Latin America and in the establishment of an Observatory like ours in Uruguay.
